Bryce Canyon

I went to Panguitch, UT to hang out with my friend Kendra and see her new house in Pang town. I miss her being in Vegas but they were meant for the country. We had a good time having the kids play and one of the days we took a little road trip to Bryce Canyon.
Haylee was not feeling good as you can see it written all over her.
I am not a big fan of the kid leashes that people put on their kids but I definitely don't judge because I swear if I wasn't glued to Jackson's side he would have taken right off the edge of the cliffs on our trail, a leash would have come in handy in these instances!

We have a picture of Brock and Haylee at this age in Red Rock doing the exact some thing. Now Layla and Jackson are catching on.

Binkie FREE!!!!!

We're working on TWO WEEKS of no binkie. Since then he has had 1.5 million tantrums and screams his way to a nap, we also wake up a bright and early 5:30am but I promise were doing good. His teeth were pushed out to much for me not to do this (also his Dr. said something and made me feel like a bad parent). So we are stickin to it, no turning back now!

Haylee's Mermaid Party

Haylee turned 4 September 30 and had a mermaid party on Sat. She has been talking about this mermaid party since last year. She had a few friends come over and they played pin the star fish on the mermaid, they wnet fishing for treats and played musical chairs. My favorite part was that each girl got a mermaid tail that my mom made and were sent home with a goldfish of their own. Before they left I took a picture of each girl behind the mermaid.

Preschool and Brianhead

Haylee started preschool at Mrs.Tammies and she loves it she met new friends and got to sing and play outside and learn more about the letter A.

We call that little side kick Linus (off of charlie brown). If he had it his way he would carry his blanket and have his binkie ALL day.

AAAAAHHHHHHHH!! Its happening she is growing up!

Mountain biking in Brain Head. Jennie and Spencer came down to Brain Head and we all met them there last weekend. I went running, mountain biking and Haylee met some new friends who were up there as well.

Mr. cranky pants had to have his binkie the whole time, he was just getting over being sick a couple days before.

She can be my scouter for when I go hunting this Oct :)

Cranky I tell ya....

Charles W. Johnson

Charles W. Johnson 1931-2011 passed away on 7-19-2011 at 3:16pm. I know he was greeted with open arms on the other side and I am so happy he no longer has to suffer here on this earth. He will be greatly missed but I know he is in a better place.

Beach House 2011

After the beach house we drove to Las Vegas so Jason could work and I could hang out with the fam. We went to the Lake and Jackson got to drive the boat, that is what he wanted to do the whole time. They both were exhausted they fell asleep on the boat ride back to the dock.

I wasn't able to be with my mom on her birthday so Jennie and I put together a little celebration. We also went around and asked people what they loved about Mom and we made a heart chain with all of the sweet comments.

For our day trip we went to Monterey Aquarium. Note to self bring a stroller next time! There was so much to see but we were all dwindling pretty fast.

This toddler section was Jackson's favorite! He played in this water with rubber fish for a good 10 min.

This wave impression was so fascinating to Jackson he would laugh hysterically.

The fabulous pocket grandma, you have to give a hug to get your prize.

There digging a whole they do it every year and I don't know why but its entertaining to watch. Jennie worked on making a sand mermaid and a sand merman. There were very impressive. The little girlies loved them.

That is my husband for ya, he didn't want sand on his feet......mission accomplished.

We love our JenJen.

Lots of crafts were done they did finger painting, necklaces, mailboxes, face painting water bottles and I think we didn't even finish what we had planned on doing.

They are fascinated by the sea life.

Jason celebrated his 28th birthday at the beach house. It was very relaxing and fun to focus just on him for the day.

More craft time.

HAYLEE (you might need to click on this one to see Haylee and Jackson, its my favorite)

Jackson's first time at the beach and he loved it. He liked to play in the sand and put his toes in the water.

Boys will be Boys..

First off it has been a very wet spring. The river is overflowing and this is a bridge up the canyon from our house and as you can see the water is over flowing onto the bridge.
We are selling our Prius, it has been so good to us, but it's time to move on. If any one is interested let us know. Jason is a mans mans, a kid at heart. He always has something up his sleeve. These past few months he has been out doors a lot. He went to little moab for a guys trip. Also took the Jimmy for a spin.
Pat and Jason were scouting for hunting area and over estimated the depth of the snow. The were stuck for awhile but no panicked called home so nothing they couldn't handle.

If he isn't shooting at it he is taking a picture of it. He loves taking pics of wildlife.
He took a recruiting trip to Idaho and staying in Ashton but it was just to muddy still so they got stuck....pretty bad. Thank goodness for AAA.
After my triathlon we went to Zion. I'm sure I went when I was younger but I just don't remember so it was all so new to me and so pretty.

Zion is a very beautiful place and I love the ambiance the whole town has.
